Homelessness continues to affect too many individuals and families in Austin. At the Sow Family Foundation, we focus on addressing the root causes of housing instability and helping our neighbors regain stability with dignity and support.

Through prevention and diversion strategies, we work to stop homelessness before it begins. Our team provides housing navigation, case management, and access to resources through The SOW Community Resource Hub, helping individuals and families secure safe and stable housing.

For those already experiencing homelessness, we provide compassionate, wraparound support that includes connections to housing opportunities, nutritious meals through our Feeding Hearts program, non-clinical mental health support through Healing Circles, and educational resources that help families rebuild and move forward.

Our work is rooted in community trust and lived experience. By combining prevention, support, and opportunity, we help individuals move from crisis toward stability, dignity, and hope.
